Building Stronger Communities From the Ground Up
Education happens in a context. When classrooms are crumbling, when students have no positive outlets, when communities lack basic infrastructure, learning suffers. GIU's Social Impact program addresses the ecosystem around education — renovating classrooms, organizing youth sports, hosting motivational seminars, and strengthening the communities where students live and learn.
From the classroom renovation that gave 37 pupils brand-new desks in Ayikuma to the flag football program serving 55 students, Social Impact is about creating the conditions for young people to thrive — not just academically, but as whole human beings.
