Tech in Schools
Laptops, robotics, STEM — preparing Ghana for tomorrow
Closing the Digital Divide in Ghanaian Schools
Technology is the great equalizer — but only if students have access to it. GIU's Tech in Schools program brings laptops, robotics education, STEM workshops, and digital literacy training to schools across Ghana that would otherwise have no technology resources at all.
With 62 laptops already donated, a robotics event that reached 3,500 students at Ghana Secondary Senior High School, and the groundbreaking Tree Library serving 500+ pupils in Ayikuma, Tech in Schools is GIU's most ambitious and far-reaching program.
