Our Story

Lovelace Kwabena Kesse Anyimadu — known as Kesse — grew up in Oyoko, Koforidua, in Ghana's Eastern Region. Resources were scarce, opportunities were few, and the path forward seemed impossible. He attended Ghana Senior High School (Ghanass) in Koforidua, where his determination to rise above circumstances took shape. Through scholarships, the generosity of family and friends, and an unwavering belief in the power of education, Kesse overcame every obstacle.

He went on to become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), earned a Master of Science in Business Analytics from North Dakota State University (NDSU), and built a career spanning over 15 years in the financial industry as a credit risk practitioner. He also founded BuilderIQ Analytics, an AI-powered financial intelligence platform. But his journey was never just about personal success — it was about paying it forward.

Each morning, he woke up knowing his purpose: to serve mankind. To ensure that no child would face the same barriers he once did without a helping hand.

In 2022, Kesse founded Greatness In You (GIU) with a simple but powerful belief: every child has greatness — they just need someone to open the door.

Starting with contributions from just three of his closest friends who all donated biweekly, GIU began assisting orphans and less privileged youth in Ghana with tuition, housing, medical bills, food, and employment opportunities. Within the first four months, GIU had already assisted over 60 unique individuals.

Today, GIU is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has impacted over 6,000 lives through education, technology, healthcare, and community development across Ghana and Africa.
